Explosions In The Night

Images shot on bonfire night 2017.

A beautiful night of hotdogs, laughter, kisses, hilariously oversized faux fur coats, burning flames and fireworks.

This particular night (the way my family does it) has been a tradition for years. We go to my grandads, meet the rest of the family, have hotdogs, walk down and watch the bonfire being lit, chat among the crowd and wait for the fireworks. For the last couple of years though, I haven't been able to carry out the tradition myself, as there was always something in the way. This year though, there was nothing preventing me, and I was hell-bent on re-kindling the tradition after five years absence.

Totally worth it. It was amazing.
